In September, Andres Past Senior Partner from Concordia was invited to speak at the "Health Insurance Contract" conference, an event highlighting the choice criteria of the contracting parties to the Estonian Health Insurance Fund, as well as the legislative framework which enables and restricts it. The conference focused on the conflict between legislative framework and legitimate expectation of both past and recent partners.
